- Acquisition of high resolution images using the AiryScan 3D z-stacks detector
- Compatibility of the acquisition program with the most used image analysis software (meta data compatible with ImageJ; Fiji; MatLab; Homer; Knime; Python)

- Experimental design consultancy
- Training of new users
- Technical assistance
- Acquisition of multicolored images and 3D rendering on the confocal microscope
- Consultancy for image processing and quantitative analysis of the data obtained from microscope observations

Possibility of on-site measurements
It is possible to access the infrastructure by reservation, accompanied by authorized staff, and / or send samples for analysis (without directly accessing the structure). The technical feasibility of the request is evaluated and the experiments.
