APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES
- Construction of plasmids for homologous recombination in ES cells
- Generation of mutant ES cells by gene targeting, including genetic analysis
- Differentiation of wild-type or mutant ES cells in vitro by generating embryoid bodies or by stimulating the differentiation of specific lineages
- Microinjection of ES cells, generated in house or acquired through public consortia, in order to generate chimeric mice
- Generation of mutant mice (KO, K / in) via the CRISPR / Cas9 system and direct manipulation of the zygotes
- Screening of pups born to identify and characterize mutant alleles
- Generation service of cell lines or mutant primary cells through the CRISPR / Cas9 system, and the electroporation of DNA in utero, in order to over-express a protein, silence a gene, or possibly mutagenize it (service provided in addition, if requested)

Rates are defined according to specific requests.
Possibility of on-site measurements
It is possible to access the infrastructure by reservation, accompanied by authorized staff, and / or send samples for analysis (without directly accessing the structure). The technical feasibility of the request is evaluated and the experiments.
