High-performance instrument that allows you to separate up to 6 cell populations simultaneously.
Spatially separated 488 nm and 640 nm lasers.
9 detectable fluorescence parameters: for 488 nm laser: 513/26, 576/21, 620/29, 664/22, 710/45, 795/70. For 640 nm lasers: 671/30, 722/44, 795/70.
Possibility of collecting the sorted cells on the following supports: 1.5-2 ml test tubes, 5 ml FACS tubes, 50 ml Falcon tubes, multiwell plates, and slides.
Software: Summit 6.3.1.
