Description of equipment

High-temperature calcination furnace designed for controlled thermal treatment of powders, catalysts, oxides, and functional materials up to 1200 °C.

The system enables thermal activation, phase transformation, decomposition of precursors, removal of organic templates, and catalyst pre-treatment under controlled atmospheric conditions (air or selected gas flow, depending on configuration).

Suitable for material synthesis, catalyst preparation, thermal stability studies, and pre- or post-reaction treatments.

Controlled thermal treatment up to 1200 °C; Defined heating and cooling profiles;
Residence time control; Phase transformation (to be verified by external characterization, e.g., XRD);
Weight loss/decomposition assessment (qualitative, if not coupled with TGA).
