Description of equipment

Outdoor platform for simultaneous testing of multiple devices under real-world conditions. Modular system based on Perovskino trackers with comprehensive environmental monitoring.

Location
Institute
Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (INMA)
Features
Prerequisites
Functional photovoltaic devices with accessible contacts. Active area and device structure must be documented. Encapsulated cells or basic protection for outdoor exposure recommended.
Technicians
Dr. Emilio J. Juarez-Perez (Principal Investigator)
Equipment list
Perovskino MPPT trackers, irradiance sensors (pyranometer), thermocouples and thermistors, relative humidity sensors, real-time data acquisition system, weather station.
Available measurements
Continuous monitoring at maximum power point (MPP), ambient and device temperature, solar irradiance, relative humidity, periodic J-V curves, long-term degradation analysis.
Sample preparation
Samples must have accessible electrical contacts and defined active area. Prior encapsulation recommended. Documentation of device structure and initial efficiency required.
Deployment of the results
Real-time data via Telegram channel (t.me/oss_lab or private channels). Periodic reports with performance and degradation analysis. Indoor/outdoor correlation available.
Approximate time for the results
Real-time data from day one. Typical stability studies: 100-1000 hours. Long-term tests: several months.
Price list
Upon request, depending on duration and number of devices.
Possibility of on-site measurements
Yes. Platform located at Rio Ebro Campus, University of Zaragoza.
