Electrophoresis System AB SCIEX. Model: P/ACE MDQ Plus Capillary. Fast, convenient, high-resolution separation and quantification of charged and polar analytes. It is a programmable and automated capillary electrophoresis system designed to perform rapid separations of complex samples. Separations occur in a capillary housed in an interchangeable cartridge with circulating liquid coolant, allowing for efficient temperature control. This tightly regulated temperature control allows for the use of high ionic. The technique is applicable to ion analysis, for example for water quality; analysis of amino acids extracted from plant samples; forensic analysis of basic pharmaceuticals; and analysis of chiral products and SSCPs. Food and beverage manufacturing: MDQ Plus enables comprehensive analysis of food compounds, including anions, cations, organic acid content, and protein integrity, to better manage product consistency, flavor, quality, storage conditions, safety, adulteration, and process authentication. strength buffers and large-bore capillaries required for analyzing complex samples.
