Detectors: -SE (secundary Electrons) Everhart-Thornley type detector to work at High Vacuum. -HDBSD (High Definition Backscattered Electrons Detector) can work at High Vacuum or Variable Pressure.-VPSE G4 detector is a special type of secundary electron detector that can be used under variable pressure (VP) conditions. EDX Probe for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
