Description of equipment

Czochralski ECM Cyberstar Oxypuller 05-03 single crystal growth plant with inductive heating that allows to obtain crystals up to 2.5 inches in diameter and can reach a temperature of over 2000 °C and up to 5kg.

Components:
● 1. Sealed growth chamber and stainless steel main frame. Allows crystal growth in vacuum or controlled atmosphere;
● 2. The upper pulling system having a motorized translation unit with translation rod clamping and guiding system, rotation system and precise crystal mass measurement;
● 3. Inductive type heating system with cooled coaxial coil with a diameter of 200mm;
● 4. Medium frequency generator of 40KW;
● 5. Control unit with software to control and monitor crystal growth parameters;
● 6. Primary vacuum circuit and primary vacuum pump.

Areas of applicability:
● Sapphire monocrystals used in the production technologies of LEDs, nuclear radiation detectors and lasers.
● Si monocrystals for the PV industry.
● Fluoride monocrystals used in the optical field, lasers, solar concentrators.
