Description of equipment
The 600 MHz NMR spectrometer 14.1 T Ultra-Shielded Plus has 4 channel digital Bruker Avance III console equipped with 5mm QCI CryoProbe (1H, 13C,31P and 15N), temperature control with BCU-05, SampleJet (carousel and robotic arm for automatic sample changing) with 96 positions for NMR tubes and five positions for well-plate sized NMR tube racks that allow 500 samples tubes in cold state.
