Flow cytometer BD FACS Calibur is a Research Cell Analyzer equipped with 488 nm and 635 nm lasers, two light scatter detectors, and capable of detecting up to four fluorescent signals: 3 wavelengths detected from 488-nm laser:530/30 nm; 585/42 nm; >670 nm and one wavelength detected from optional 633-nm laser: 661/16 nm. Includes a computer with BD CellQuest Pro Software for controlling the instrument, generating statistics, and analyzing results.
