High vacuum scanning electronic microscope and variable pressure scanning electronic microscope, with several detectors coupled, highlighting the backscattered electron detector that allows obtaining atomic contrast information in the samples and the electron dispersive energy spectrometry (EDX) detector, that enables qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis of chemical elements from carbon (inclusive), as well as distribution maps of these elements.
