- Nikon Eclipse Ti2 microscope
- Confocal Spinning Disk Crest X-light V2: confocal system based on Nipkow disk technology. Possibility of high-speed acquisition and less impact on the sample (better compatibility with Live Imaging systems)
- Objectives: 10x, 20x, 40x air; 63x oil immersion
- Color camera: presence of CMOS sensor and 16.25 Megapixel resolution
