- The plant consists of tanks for breeding tests (12 rectangular tanks of 3 m3, 21 rectangular tanks of 0.1 m3, 24 square tanks of 0.4 m3, 6 round tanks of 3 m3) and 12 cylindrical conical tanks for determination of the digestibility of raw materials and feed
LAB-0179 Insect Breeding Plant
- Plant dedicated to Moscow soldier (Hermetia illucens) and Flour moth for the production of flours for zootechnical use (FEED)
- The system includes: a room with aviaries for reproduction (temperature, controlled photoperiod and brightness), a climatic cell (2x1x2.5 m; controlled temperature and humidity) for hatching and first growth larval and a climatic chamber (2.9x6.5x2.9 m) for larval growth up to at the pupal stage (temperature, humidity and ventilation control)
